Client Information

Absolute Home Care is committed to providing the highest standard of nursing and personal care services. To ensure this we have a Client Rights Statement and all staff must comply with our Professional Code of Conduct.

What to expect when a nurse or carer visits your home

On the first visit to your home, your carer will ask you to sign a consent form, which gives our staff permission to enter your home and provide the care outlined in your individual care plan.

Each day your carer or nurse comes to your home, we will give you a broad timeframe for when they should arrive, which allows for unexpected changes to the schedule. If your carer or nurse is running late they will phone to let you know when they expect to arrive.

If you are ever unsure, please phone us on (02) 6112 8886 and we can tell you.

When staff arrive at your home, please ask them to show you their Absolute Home Care identification card to confirm they are current employees of this agency.
