Absolute Home Care’s pricing is current as of the date of publication and effective from 1 November 2025, at the commencement of the Support at Home (S@H) program. Prices may be subject to change based on ongoing internal reviews and Government updates. We are committed to keeping you informed of any changes. Absolute Home Care is here to support you.
To ensure your individual needs are met, we collaborate with trusted third-party providers, offering a holistic and flexible service tailored to you. We are transparent about how your funding is used, offering competitive administration fees and hourly rates—with no hidden costs and no basic daily fee.
If you have a preferred service provider with different pricing, we are happy to discuss this with you and agree on a suitable rate in writing.
All prices listed below are exclusive of GST.

Nursing Services
* Rostering coordinators will align an appropriately qualified support worker to meet your service needs. For Accompanied Community Care services under 1 hour please discuss with your care partner for an agreed price provided in writing.
Our clinical services are tailored to your individual needs, with a strong focus on wellness and reablement. Supports are designed to help you continue living in the residence of your choice.
Our team of nurses, along with trusted third-party health care providers, work collaboratively with you to deliver high-quality care. All services are provided by appropriately qualified and accredited health care professionals.
Rates are inclusive of basic nursing toolkit supplies including health monitoring equipment. Any additional consumable will be charged to your support at home package.

Note:
* Personal care includes medication prompting for self-administration from qualified support workers aligning with your identified care needs.
* Meal preparation is included as in house support. Please discuss meal delivery services with your care partner. This will be agreed upon in writing based on your preferences.
* Fees and services regarding home maintenance will be agreed upon in writing with your care partner. This will be based on the assessed individual needs for your support and services.
* If a service you require is not listed above, your Care Partner will work with you to establish an agreed rate that meets your individual needs.
* If you would like to receive services who are currently not associated with Absolute Home Care, please discuss with your care partner how we can add them to your service providers.
* Care management fees allow us to provide you with a dedicated and experienced Care Partner, who will coordinate and support all your services.
* As outlined by the Government, Services Australia will deduct 10% of your quarterly budget to cover care management services. This means no additional contribution is required from you for care management services.
* Cancellations: Absolute Home Care operates in alignment with the new Act, which requires 48 hours’ notice to cancel any planned service. Where less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, you will be required to pay your contribution for the cancelled service.
* In most circumstances, services can be placed on hold for a defined period. We ask that you inform our team of any plans to pause your services so that suitable arrangements can be made. Where possible, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to prevent charges for services that have already been scheduled.
* If you have exhausted all available funding and require additional support, you may choose to purchase services directly.
