Note : Overnight Stays hours are from 10pm to 6am.
* If support is required during the 10pm and 6am and is under one hour, 1 hour will be charged onto the sleepover rate. If support is required for over 1 hour during the sleepover period, then the cost reverts back to an hourly rate.
* a minimum of 2 hours is charged for emergency afterhours/weekend nursing services.
The above prices are effective and correct as of 3rd of February 2025. Absolute Home Care Pty Ltd reserves the right to change these rates at any time. These rates will be reviewed annually.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Cancellations: In accordance with Award conditions that apply to our staff, notification of cancelled services must be made by 4:30pm of the day prior to the planned service. Absolute Home Care reserves the right to charge all or part of a planned service fee if the service is cancelled after 4:30pm the prior business day.
2. Absolute Home Care may vary fees annually and will provide 4 weeks’ notice of fee increases in writing. Should the costs of providing service increase significantly as a result of circumstances out of Absolute Home Care’s direct control (for example, employee Award terms and conditions), Absolute Home Care reserves the right to make an out of cycle fee adjustment with a minimum 4 weeks’ notice provided in writing.
3. Gazetted public holidays may be substituted for another day under state or territory law.
4. Home Care Package subsidies are subject to Australian Government income testing and you may be required to pay some of this amount. Absolute Home Care does not charge a basic daily fee.
5. Any wound care orders that Absolute Home Care places for Broker Agencies, the Brokered Consumer will be charged our minimum 30minute RN fee as an administration fee (30minutes – $105.60).
